I am so sad that we will never see Jonathan again. He was such an endearing person always full of fun and so brave during his last illness. I last saw him at the end of November at his Mother's Pimlico flat when he was greeting all of us and pouring out the wine. He had a big smile on his face and never a word of complaint about his illness and the oxygen bottles. A short while later he went out with the oxygen bottles and still smiling.
